To live on Greystone properties you have to be a certain age to be a lease holder, you have to make a certain amount of money, and you must have good credit but no credit is better than bad credit. You do not have to worry about any maintenance problems. The apartments do not come with washers and dryers, but you can use the laundromat on the property or rent a washer and dryer, paying monthly payments. I believe that Greystone Properties would be a nice place to live.
